TRAINING
RRTO INDUCTION - STANDARD 11
4Sight Training Solutions is now delivering the newly introduced RRTO Induction Program, covering the required Standard 11 competencies for both Surface and Underground coal mining. These competencies include;
- RIICOM201A - Communicate in the workplace
- RIIGOV201A - Comply with site work processes/procedures
- RIIOHS201A - Work safely and follow OHS policies and procedures
- RIIRIS201A - Conduct local risk control
- RIIERR302A - Respond to local emergencies and incidents
- RIIERR203A - Escape from hazardous situations unaided (underground requirement only)
Developed by the RRTO Association, programs are available for both experienced and inexperienced persons. Upon completion of training in the classroom, participants will be issued with a Statement of Completion at the end of the course. After participants complete site induction and return the Site Verification Record a Statements of Attainment can be issued against the Standard 11 competencies where required.
NB: Individuals and contractors should confirm induction requirements with the site they will be working on before attending an induction to ensure the process aligns with site processes and is recognised by site.
The program duration;
- Surface Operations - 3 day program
- Underground Operations - 3 day (surface), 1 additional day (underground)
- Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) - 1 day (for experienced persons only)

RESOURCES AND INFRASTRUCTURE INDUSTRY (RII09) TRAINING PACKAGE
4Sight Training also operates as an Registered Training Organisation (RTO No. 31900), with scope to deliver the following qualifications with the RII09 training package;
- RII20209 Certificate II- Surface Extraction Operations
- RII20309 Certificate II- Underground Coal Mining
- RII30109 Certificate III- Surface Extraction Operations
- RII30209 Certificate III- Underground Coal Operations
- Certificate IV- RIIRIS402A Carry Out the Risk Management Processes (COMPETENCY ONLY)

Please note, 4Sight Training Solutions can not conduct coal board medicals as this is a medical service, required to be completed by a registered GP.
