Tony specialises in both the Surface and Underground environment, including the development of training material for coal handling systems, and mobile equipment operations.

Myne Start - Mastermyne

4Sight Training Solutions was engaged by Mastermyne in 2010 to develop and deliver an in-experienced employee (cleanskin) training program at their underground mining complex on 20 Prospect Street, Mackay. The training program has been designed to accelerate the skills and knowledge of in-experienced persons entering the underground coal mining sector.

4Sight has developed extensive training material to cover both theory and practical aspects of underground mining including stonedusting, strata control - roof and rib bolting, mine services, emergency procedures/exercises, ventilation management and much more. 4Sight's trainers Bill Reed and Frank Yeats conduct all training throughout the program.
