4Sight Training Solutions Pty Ltd was founded in July 2008 by current Directors Greg Hallman, Darryl Donnellan and Tony Mapp. Although a relatively new organisation, 4Sight staff are local people with extensive experience in the coal mining industry, both Open Cut and Underground.
Coming from a strong background in providing site based training services for the resource sector, 4Sight is regularly involved in designing and presenting a range of both on and off site training solutions including;

- Recognised Prior Learning (RPL) and Current Competence (RCC) Assessment Solutions
- Developing Training and Assessment Materials
- Providing Assessment Validation/ Mapping

- Maintain the content relevance of our products to ensure stakeholder satisfaction, whilst maintaining the ongoing compliane with relevant legislation and regulations,
- Implement monitoring and review activities to ensure the quality of the service we deliver.
